Express consults are to address acute conditions such as colds and flu, offering a quick and targeted approach to relief. In just 15 minutes, we'll assess your symptoms, provide immediate recommendations, and offer remedies to help alleviate your discomfort. This streamlined session ensures prompt attention to your acute health concerns, helping you get back to feeling your best as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid charges. 2. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. 3. Changes to appointments must be communicated in advance via email to danielfehrnaturopath@gmail.com. 4. Rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost. The payment for the original appointment will be applied to the new date. Please note this can only be done once. Failure to reschedule will result in a 50% fee refund within 48 hours. 5. Refunds for cancellations will be processed using the original payment method. 6. The cancellation policy applies to all appointments, including recurring or multi-session bookings. 7. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. They are subject to approval by Daniel Fehr Naturopath or a relevant authority and are typically granted for unforeseen circumstances. Clients are responsible for confirming any rescheduled appointments to ensure accurate scheduling.
