What happens in an initial visit?
Initial consultations run for one hour via zoom. During this hour, we explore current symptoms along with personal medical information. To paint a truly holistic picture of your health, we also discuss family medical history, dietary intake, and lifestyle factors. To ensure accuracy and provide a means of measuring improvement, sometimes further testing may be recommended. Most importantly, we work together to curate an achievable treatment plan to address your health goals.

What happens after the consult?
Within 1-2 working days, you will receive a treatment plan comprised of dietary and lifestyle changes accompanied by a prescription of herbal or nutritional supplements to guide you back to health. A well-researched rationale supports all recommendations, and following your approval, supplements are express shipped to your doorstep that day.

How long does it take to work?
Several factors influence this answer—overall compliance to the recommendations, the chronicity of your case, and your complaint's severity. Chronic conditions typically take longer to rectify, while more severe cases are managed to improve your quality of life instead of solved. One month is the typical length of time to feel or sight a resolution in acute or less severe conditions. Complete resolution typically requires two follow-up consultations to measure and assess outcomes.
